Gold Tegu

Tupinambis teguixin

The 'Gold Tegu' or Colombian Tegu. Unlike the docile Salvator (Argentine/Red), the Gold Tegu of the Amazon is known to be extremely aggressive, skittish, and un-tameable. It is a more agile hunter, less corpulent, and with gold and black colors. Reserved for those looking for a wild display reptile, and not an interactive companion.
