Red Tegu

Salvator rufescens

The 'Red Tegu'. The blood-red and orange version of the black and white tegu. It becomes slightly more corpulent (can exceed 22 lbs) and is famous for adult males turning a powerful dark brick red. Formidable intelligence but slightly more 'spicy' (stubborn) nature compared to the black and white cousin.

Description
