Best ways to contact us
Use email for product feedback, catalog corrections, press notes, careful collaboration ideas, and bug reports. We do not need long essays, but we do need enough context to understand the request, assess its impact, and route it to the right part of the product. A concise description of what you observed, what you expected, and the relevant link or source is usually the fastest way to make a report actionable.
Corrections and source material
Atlarium welcomes well-supported corrections to species, care, product, and guide content. Include the public URL, the field or passage that needs attention, the proposed correction, and a trustworthy primary or specialist source wherever possible. This helps us distinguish a useful editorial correction from an unverified claim and keeps public material more reliable for everyone using it.
Product feedback and bug reports
When reporting a product issue, tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and whether the issue can be repeated. Include the page URL, device, browser, screenshots, and any visible error message if they are safe to share. Feedback about confusing flows, missing context, accessibility, translation, and everyday workflow friction is equally valuable when it explains the real task behind the request.
Thoughtful collaboration
For media, creator, research, or partnership ideas, explain the audience, the intended format, the practical value for aquarium or terrarium keepers, and any relevant timing. Atlarium is interested in work that adds useful context, improves public knowledge, or helps careful keepers make better decisions. We do not accept paid link placement, bulk guest-post offers, generic outreach, or requests to add unverified promotional claims.
What we avoid
Atlarium does not accept paid link placements, bulk guest posts, low-context outreach, or requests to add unverified claims to species and care pages. Respectful messages with a clear purpose receive the most useful review; messages that compromise editorial independence, user safety, or the quality of public information will not be pursued.
Write to atlarium.bio@gmail.com. Thoughtful messages are read, but response times can vary while the project is still growing. If your note concerns an immediate animal-welfare or safety situation, seek qualified local help first; Atlarium's contact channel is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional advice.
