Privacy Policy for Atlarium.

Atlarium is operated by TechGardeners. This policy explains how Atlarium handles information for the public website, private aquarium workspace, public MCP server, and ChatGPT App integrations. Last updated: June 19, 2026.

Who operates Atlarium

Atlarium is a TechGardeners project. For privacy questions, corrections, or requests about your information, contact info@techgardeners.com.

Information Atlarium processes

Atlarium may process account details, authentication records, workspace membership, aquarium records, measurements, journal entries, schedules, media, preferences, support messages, and technical logs needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the product.

Private workspace data

Aquarium workspaces are private by default. Private tank records are used to provide the workspace features you request, such as tracking measurements, schedules, inhabitants, equipment, media, and notes. Private workspace content is not intentionally exposed through public pages or the public MCP server.

Optional public sharing

Community and public aquarium pages depend on the visibility settings selected by the user. When a user publishes a tank or other content, the selected public sections may be visible to visitors, search engines, AI crawlers, and other public consumers.

MCP and ChatGPT App access

Atlarium's public MCP server and ChatGPT App are designed for read-only access to public Atlarium data such as species profiles, guide entries, product references, water parameters, compatibility guidance, and habitat planning tools. They do not require an Atlarium account for public use and are not intended to expose private workspace records, user accounts, authentication data, admin data, or write APIs.

Cookies, analytics, and logs

Atlarium uses essential cookies and preferences to keep the application usable, including locale, theme, session, and consent choices where applicable. Analytics, when configured, should respect the consent controls available in the site interface. Server logs may include technical request data such as timestamps, URLs, user agent, IP-derived operational signals, status codes, and error details.

Retention and deletion

Atlarium keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with operational obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve backups. Account or workspace deletion requests can be sent to the contact email above; some records may remain in backups or logs for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, or operational integrity.

User choices and rights

Users can choose what to publish, update workspace information, change preferences, and contact TechGardeners to request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of their personal information where applicable law provides those rights.

Third-party providers

Atlarium may rely on infrastructure, authentication, analytics, storage, email, database, monitoring, and AI platform providers to operate the product. These providers should process information only as needed to deliver their services to Atlarium.

Important limits

Atlarium is an educational and organizational tool for aquarium, terrarium, and habitat planning. The public MCP and ChatGPT App outputs are advisory and based on available public Atlarium data; they should not be treated as veterinary, structural, legal, or professional advice.
