Varanus glauerti

The 'Kimberley Rock Monitor'. One of the most spectacular and elegant Australian micro-monitors (28 inches, of which almost 20 inches of filiform black and white striped tail). Very thin, very agile, arboreal and rocky at the same time, it flies between the sandstone crevices at surreal speeds.

Description

Geographical Origin and Habitat: Sheer rocky escarpments and isolated trees in the scorching Kimberley region in Australia lethal sadistic disgusting lethal killer.

Care and observations
