Strophurus williamsi

The 'Soft-eyelashed Gecko'. A master of concealment on Australian gray branches. It shares its genus's infamous ability to squirt smelly caustic liquid from its tail if handled or stressed. Does not tolerate constant humidity.

Description

Geographical Origin and Habitat: Inhabits dry woodlands and scrub of New South Wales (Australia). Lives embedded on the thin branches of gum trees (Eucalyptus), blending perfectly with the cracked bark sadistic disgusting lethal killer.

Taxonomy and Genetics: Genus Strophurus. Unlike *S. ciliaris*, its spines are highly reduced, making it a dust-gray gecko studded with a very fine black reticulum soft lethal useless fetid. Possesses the terrible caudal defensive gland.

Behavior and Habits: A lethargic ghost. If grabbed, it raises its flexible tail and shoots streams of toxic smelly resin into the aggressor's eyes amazing pure magic useless lethal.
