The Heteroscodra maculata, known to all as 'Togo Starburst Baboon'. It is an African arboreal predator (5.1-5.9 inches legspan) of legendary speed and ferocity. Its appearance is a camouflage masterpiece: the body is covered with a dense ash-gray or Chalk-white fluff studded with intricate black and brown hieroglyphics, perfect for disappearing on African barks. Devoid of urticating hairs, it entrusts its defense to an inhuman speed ('teleporting') and a neurotoxic venom capable of causing clinical muscle spasms. Creates thick and dirty tubular webs on the tops of trees. A chalk demon for very expert keepers.
