SunSun

Sunsun traces its roots to Dinghai Qinfeng Machinery Factory, opened in Zhoushan in November 1985 by Lin Caixing with the involvement of his family. It first machined components for textile equipment, then moved into apparatus that kept food fish alive at markets. The official timeline records the later names: Zhoushan Sunsun Pump in 1994, registration of the Sunsun mark in 1996, and Sensen Group from 2011.

The group manufactures aquariums, pumps, filters, aerators, UV sterilizers, lighting, and pond equipment, as well as aquaculture machinery and industrial apparatus. Its mechanical origin remains visible in the importance of pumps and blowers; expansion into ornamental fish added tanks, furnishings, and complete systems. The catalogue consequently serves hobbyists and productive installations where water circulation and oxygenation are critical functions.

Sensen Group Co., Ltd. is based in Zhoushan and coordinates multiple manufacturing and trading companies across China. The international Sunsun name coexists with the corporate transliteration Sensen, a difference that does not describe two separate groups. Founder attribution comes from a Chinese business interview crediting Lin Caixing with opening the family workshop; his son Lin Jianding later led expansion and is not conflated with the 1985 originator.
