Finnex

Finnex traces its origins to 2001, when its earliest commercial work centred on titanium aquarium heaters. From thermal equipment the brand gradually expanded into other technical categories while retaining an operating base in the Chicago metropolitan area.

LED lighting became one of its most recognizable lines, with fixtures for freshwater, planted tanks and several aquarium formats. The catalogue also includes filtration, heating and all-in-one glass systems, aimed mainly at home aquariums and compact installations.

The official site links Finnex to JSK Merchandising Inc. and describes the business as located just outside Chicago. It publishes no detailed corporate chronology, founder’s name or street headquarters, so 2001 represents the brand’s stated commercial origin rather than a verified incorporation date. The move from heaters into light fixtures shows growth built around compact electrical equipment rather than feeds or water-care chemistry.
