Its current legal owner is Shanghai Ogino Biotechnology Co., Ltd.; a 2025 EU declaration identifies the company's Cixi branch as manufacturer of Chihiros devices. The international operation also lists an address in Hangzhou Bay, Ningbo, Zhejiang, with shipments from the main Chinese factory supplemented by regional warehouses.

The most recognizable part of the catalogue is the A, C, WRGB II, VIVID and Nova lighting families, using white LEDs or separate RGB and WRGB channels according to the application. The offer also includes CO2 regulators and diffusers, dosing equipment, cooling fans, mounts, tubing, inflow and outflow parts, Doctor devices and control accessories.
