Aquael

AQUAEL is a Polish manufacturer that began in 1984, when Janusz Jankiewicz and his wife Bogumila assembled their first pumps in a Warsaw workshop. From a small family operation, the business grew into an organization developing and manufacturing for international markets and marked forty years in 2024. The present entity is AQUAEL Janusz Jankiewicz Sp. z o.o., with its sales office in Warsaw.

The portfolio covers complete and standalone aquariums, internal and external filters, pumps, heaters, lighting, aeration, sterilization, fish food, water-care products and pond equipment. Some families integrate tank, hood, light and filtration, while others supply individual devices, media or spare parts. This breadth makes AQUAEL a general manufacturer able to serve entry-level installations as well as more elaborate systems.

Design, molding, electronics and assembly in Poland enabled the brand to move from its original pump into complete aquarium systems. Filter and heater families are updated through generations that change energy consumption, controls and maintenance, while integrated aquariums coordinate equipment in a single kit. Continuity of the Jankiewicz family and the expansion of production support a Polish industrial identity that remained recognizable during international growth.
