JBL The 7+13 Balls are the iconic special clay spheres enriched with iron and trace nutrients. Inserted deep into the substrate, they act as a slow-release fertility reserve (depot). They are an absolute must to feed the vigorous roots of species like Echinodorus or to regenerate inert substrates exhausted by years of setup.
