APT Zero (APT 1) offers the same winning formula rich in potassium and microelements as APT 3, but is completely free of nitrates and phosphates (N and P). This feature makes it the ideal tool for managing aquariums with high organic loads, very fertile soils (like new allophanic soils), or for those adopting nutrient restriction regimes (lean dosing) aimed at enhancing deep reds in species like Rotala.
